Application Process

Southwest Healthcare Services is a Community Minded healthcare organization located in Bowman, North Dakota. We appreciate your interest in joining our dedicated, loyal and stable family and encourage you to become acquainted with the selection process as you investigate job openings.

Current associates and outside applicants may search for vacant positions and apply online through any computer that has internet capability.

Southwest Healthcare Services is a smoke and tobacco-free work environment and employer. This means that parking lots, grounds, and all vehicles on Southwest Healthcare Services property are off limits for smoking and tobacco use.

Southwest Healthcare Services adheres to a drug and alcohol free work environment. A mandatory drug and alcohol screen is administered as a part of the health assessment, after the job offer. A positive drug and/or alcohol screen will result in the job offer being withdrawn.

Southwest Healthcare Services does not permit denim clothing in the work setting other than on designated days. At work, tattoos must be covered by clothing. Visible body piercing is limited to three ear piercings and a small nose stud. Personal appearance must be professional since all staff members are representing our Southwest Healthcare Services while at work. **Additional details regarding Dress Code can be found within Southwest Healthcare Services Dress Code policy.

Education, licensures, experience and Social Security numbers/work authorization are verified. Federal Law requires we verify the identity and determine the eligibility of all applicants hired to work. The I-9 Form is used for verification of all persons hired to work in the United States

Applicants are limited in the number of applications active during a 60 day period. You should carefully read all of the minimum qualifications, including lifting requirements and work shifts, prior to submitting an application. Your application will be reviewed against the minimum requirements of the job. You will be contacted by phone or email if you are selected for a personal interview.
