Southwest Healthcare Services receives 2018 Customer Experience Award

Southwest Healthcare Services, a Bowman–based provider of healthcare, is proud to announce that their Long-Term Care facility was named a recipient of the Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2018 Customer Experience Award. Pinnacle Quality Insight is a customer satisfaction firm that conducts patient and resident surveys throughout the entities of Southwest Healthcare Services.
The facility qualified for the award in 11 different categories, including Overall Customer Experience and Overall Satisfaction. They display a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.
“It is absolutely a five,” said one response, who gave the Long-Term Care facility a top grade on the overall satisfaction of the services. “It’s a great place to go,” said another on recommending this facility. “They are caring. They are efficient. They keep the patients interested. Also, their primary concern is the care of the patients there.”
Southwest Healthcare Services CEO Jerry Wiesner said it’s an honor to be a recipient of the award and that a thanks is necessary to the staff for their kindness towards the residents, adding that the award is a reflection on the level of care they provide each and every day.
Throughout its storied history of serving the community, a strong emphasis has been placed on ensuring that the individual needs of every patient and resident are met.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, the organization has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.
