Bowman Ambulance Service is dedicated to providing high-quality emergency medical care to residents and visitors throughout rural southwest North Dakota. With three fully equipped ambulances and a team of highly trained Paramedics, Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs), and CPR Drivers, the service is prepared to respond quickly and effectively when emergencies arise.

Whether responding to medical emergencies, accidents, or critical care situations, the team is committed to delivering professional, compassionate care when it matters most.
In addition to emergency response services, Bowman Ambulance Service serves as a regional training and education center, providing a wide range of lifesaving and safety courses for healthcare professionals, businesses, community organizations, and the general public. As an authorized training site, Bowman Ambulance offers American Heart Association (AHA) courses including CPR, AED, First Aid, Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Bowman Ambulance Service also provides initial ce1iification courses for Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs), helping develop the next generation of emergency medical professionals. In addition, the service offers refresher courses and continuing education opportunities to help EMS providers maintain certification, enhance their skills, and stay current with evolving standards of care.
The service also provides National-Association-of Emerge1rcy Medical Technicians (NAEMT) courses such as Emergency Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS), First on the Scene (POTS), Bleeding Control for the Injured (BBN), All Hazards Disaster Response (AHZD), Geriatric Education for EMS (GEMS), and Mental Health Responder Operations (MHRO). Additional community-focused programs include Safe Sitter®, Safe at Horne®, RF-DASH®, STOP THE BLEED®, and Pediatric Education for hospital Professionals (PEPP).
