Jill Svihl, Rehab Receptionist
Jill is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and greeting you at the door when you come for an appointment! She also helps with insurance processing and can help answer questions. Jill joined the rehab department with Southwest Healthcare Services in 2026.

Nelson Ragsac, Rehab Aide
Nelson helps facilitate our Speech Therapy appointments over Telehealth with Rural Routes Therapy. He also facilitates our physical therapy and occupational treatments within the department. Nelson joined Southwest Healthcare Services in 2026.

Chessa Pond, Wellness Aide
Chessa's primary responsibility is working with long-term residents to maintain their mobility and help to keep them well while they are here with the care plan directed by the physical therapist or occupational therapist. Chessa has been with Southwest Healthcare Services since 2015.
Business Hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. Closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
